A pleasant stroll will take you to Como Cathedral, the Broletto, and the Lungo Lario Trento! <br><br>Trains to Milan and other destinations, as well as buses to other locations around the lake, depart from the Como-Borghi FN station.<br><br><br><br>The space <br><br>The 42-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs). <br><br><br><br>The space is laid out as follows: <br><br>- OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and a dining table; <br><br>- BEDROOM with a double bed, single sofa bed, closet, desk, TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony; <br><br>- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet; <br><br>- BALCONY with a small table and chairs. <br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.<br><br><br><br>Guest Access <br><br>The entire property is available to guests!<br><br><br><br>Other details to note <br><br>7 days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
