In the heart of Como, just a few steps from the "Como Lago" train station and the "Stazione Lago" bus stop in Piazza Sant’Agostino, Como Lago Apartment is perfect for those who wish to explore the city, with its charming cobbled streets and beautiful lakeside promenade.

The apartment is located in a historic building that has been recently renovated with high-quality materials and finishes. The spacious living area, designed with a minimalist style, combines aesthetics and functionality with simple, modern furniture in clean lines and shades of gray. The bright and welcoming living room seamlessly connects with the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. The entire space is enhanced by white ceilings with exposed wooden beams, creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the old town and the lake.

The large and elegantly furnished double bedroom offers a peaceful and well-organized space, complete with a practical clothes rack to conveniently store garments and luggage. The bathroom is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including a shower, washing machine, and dryer, ensuring maximum convenience.



The apartment does not have a private parking space.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

The location of COMO LAGO APARTMENT allows you to explore the entire city center on foot. In just 2 minutes, you can reach Piazza Cavour, Como’s largest square, where you will find the boat dock for Navigazione Lago di Como ferries, which take you to the lake’s most famous destinations (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna). A 5-minute walk will take you to Piazza Duomo and its Broletto, as well as the main shopping streets such as Via Vittorio Emanuele. Other key squares, such as Piazza San Fedele and Piazza Volta—a lively evening hotspot with many bistros, restaurants, and bars—are around 10 minutes away on foot.

You can also reach Villa Olmo and its park by renting a city bike or taking a scenic walk starting from the Hangar. Alternatively, you can stroll along Viale Geno to visit Villa Geno. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will also find the funicular station to Brunate, offering panoramic views, as well as the Como Nord Lago train station, which provides numerous connections to various Lombard destinations, including Milan and Monza.



How to get there:

By car: From the A9 motorway, take the Como Centro exit and follow Via Pasquale Paoli, Via Napoleona, and Viale Innocenzo to reach the city center, or take the Como Lago exit and follow Via per Cernobbio and Viale Varese. Park in the nearby blue parking spaces (paid parking from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) or in one of the city's parking garages (Autosilo Parcheggio Centro Lago, Autosilo Valduce, etc.).

By train: From Como Nord Lago station, walk towards the ASF Autolinee bus station. The apartment is about a 3-minute walk away. From Como San Giovanni station, take bus C70/C10/C20 and get off at the Como - Stazione Lago stop (about 5 minutes). The apartment is right behind the stop.
