Barzy Urban Country House is a beautifully restored home and former woodworking studio with stunning design and thoughtful details throughout. We were warmly welcomed by Eleonora’s mother, and Eleonora served an incredible homemade breakfast the next morning—complete with fresh local produce, fantastic vegan options, homemade juices, and figs picked straight from the tree! Our room was spotless and dog-friendly, featuring comfortable amenities and exposed wood beams. The shaded patio is lovely, and practical perks like free secure parking, fast Wi-Fi, and nearby transit/grocery options made our visit seamless. Eleonora is a wonderful host who kindly shared the story behind the renovation. Highly recommended!

Das Barzy urban country house war unsere Rettung in der Not und wir hätten keine bessere Unterkunft haben können! Leider wurde eine andere bereits bezahlte Unterkunft von Expedia am Anreisetag storniert, da eine Doppelbuchung vorlag. Zum Glück konnten wir innerhalb von drei Stunden im Barzy urban country house einchecken und würden auch immer wieder dort buchen! Denn obwohl wir sehr spät ankamen, wurden wir super herzlich empfangen und auch an allen weiteren Urlaubstagen besonders freundlich beraten! Alle Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit selbst gezeichneten Kunstwerken dekoriert. Auch das Frühstück ist positiv hervorzuheben, da auf regionale Produkte geachtet wird und verschiedene vegetarische Köstlichkeiten auf einen warten. Dazu zählen Focaccia, Feigen aus dem eigenen Garten und selbstgebackene vegane Kekse/Törtchen mit Marmeladenfüllung, denen man nicht widerstehen kann! Für die Klimaanlage waren wir ebenfalls sehr dankbar. Daher sprechen wir eine große Empfehlung für das Barzy urban country house aus und wünschen der Besitzerin, dass sie viele weitere Gäste begrüßen darf ☀️ Herzliche Grüße aus Deutschland 😊

Un séjour d’exception. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette superbe maison fraîchement rénovée, aménagée et décorée avec le plus grand soin. Un lieu calme où tout est pensé et fait avec une sincère volonté de satisfaire au mieux chaque visiteur et où l’on donne une réelle importance à chaque détail. Sous le toit et avec un petit extérieur, la chambre était particulièrement spacieuse, belle et confortable. Les matériaux et installations ont été choisis avec l’envie d’offrir la meilleure des expériences à chacun des visiteurs et cela se ressent. De l’accueil, au départ en passant par l’incontournable petit déjeuner fait maison ou tout est excellent, chaque prestation prouve que notre bien être est la priorité absolue d’Eleonora qui fait preuve d’un investissement exemplaire surpassant de loin bon nombre d’établissements hôteliers dits professionnels. Pour la mobilité, un arrêt de bus permettant à moindre frais de rejoindre le centre de Côme en 15 mn se trouve à moins de 5 mn de marche. Les parkings étant assez onéreux en centre ville, nous vous suggérons vivement d’y recourir vu la large amplitude des horaires. Enfin, ne partez pas sans aller jeter un œil à la ferme de Federico ou de magnifiques et adorables chevaux s’y trouvent en plus de son extrême sympathie ! Profondément touchés par l’authenticité et la sincérité d’un tel accueil, la question du logement lorsque nous reviendrons à Côme ne se posera plus. Ce sera ici, c’est une évidence. Merci …
