Wishome — Very large house with a beautiful garden in Comillas

La Ballena is situated right on the sea in a 3,700 m² garden. Its location in Comillas makes it unique, as it’s just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the historic center. It features a fabulous pool, as well as barbecue areas, a chill-out area, and a vegetable garden. The sense of privacy and intimacy it offers, combined with its spectacular views of the Cantabrian Sea, make it the perfect place to unwind.

La Ballena can accommodate up to 12 guests (Wishome capacity), expandable to a maximum of 26. What do we mean by “Wishome capacity”? We’re referring to the optimal number of guests to ensure the home feels cozy, regardless of the villa’s maximum capacity.

It features seven bedrooms and four full bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a small entryway, a spacious living room with a terrace, two double bedrooms with bathrooms (one of which is en suite), the kitchen, and a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea. On the second floor, there is a living room, a bathroom, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with four bunk beds (including a trundle bed), a dining room, a game room with access to the pool, a bathroom, and the garage.

In the garden, in addition to the pool, there is a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area and a covered chill-out area from which to enjoy the sunset. It also has its own organic vegetable garden as well as several fruit trees, such as lemon trees and a fig tree.
