Located in a pretty wine-growing village, surrounded by vineyards and facing the mountains, it is possible to do many hikes on site but also to go to the emblematic places of our beautiful region, such as the bastide of Carcassonne (20 minutes), Minerve, "beautiful village of France" (35 minutes), the cave of Limousis (45 minutes), the Gouffre de Cabrespine (45 minutes), the Châteaux de Lastours (35 minutes) and of course the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea (45 minutes) and many others.

Our non-smoking cottage, with a surface area of 50 m2 is a duplex adjoining the house of
owners with a private and closed parking for our visitors:

-on the first floor, a bay window illuminates a large living room and a kitchen area. The TV has a large 80 cm flat screen.

-you will find everything you need to cook: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, pots and pans and even a raclette machine!

-upstairs is a large bedroom furnished with a double bed 160X200,
a dresser and a "relaxation" corner with armchairs facing the window from where
you will enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain all over the mountain. nearby.

-there is also a large attic bathroom with bath/shower where you
can take your bath in a "zen" atmosphere bathed in bright lights
