Sraff was very nice and helpful but hotel really needs some maintenance. Only had one working ice machine which it was on the 3rd floor. Walls and carpets in the hallways and rooms definitely need attention. Cleanliness is another issue. First room we were given was not cleaned. There was small clothing beads all over floor and bed. There was also long hair all over bathroom. I requested a new room and this room was fine other than a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod and the window curtains hanging off the rod. Both rooms had dirty refrigerators. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Booked this hotel because it had a pool well we found out on our own that the pool was out of order. The room had spider pockets all along the top of the walls and the spout in the bathroom tub was about to fall off the wall. Breakfast was ok but had to wait on items due to running out.

Walkable to Pine Knob, which was the purpose of staying there. Sports bar next door for pre- and post-show food, drink and game-watching. Drapes didn't close in the room. Could not turn off or adjust the temperature of the A/C. Breakfast was serviceable.
