A stone's throw from the adorable port of Sainte Marine and the beaches, "Les Villas Majolie" have been designed to make your family, friends or romantic holidays sweet and successful.
Indoor swimming pool heated to 29 C, games available.
Neat interior, hotel quality bedding. Very quiet environment.
Put down your car, everything is done on foot or by bike: restaurant, beach, shop less than 15 minutes from operation
Villas at the end of construction delivered in May 24, available for rent from June 15th.
The accommodation
The villa "2 l'île" by "les villas majolie" can accommodate up to 10 people (6 adults and 4 children/teenager). It is equipped with 3 double bedrooms (bed 160 cm wide) and 1 bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds yet accommodating 4 children. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or bathtub and two of them private toilets.

The interiors are very neat, the bedding and bed linen are of hotel quality so that your nights are sweet, the environment is also very quiet

Fantastic family stay in amazing house and location

We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Fantastic family stay in a truly amazing house, brand new, contemporary yet welcoming and cozy design. Location is absolutely top, short walk to the beach as well as to the little town center, its port / marina with very nice restaurants and bars. House itself has lots of great amenities, from the indoor heated pool to the garden and patio with BBQ and south westerly exposure for nice light throughout the day and evening. Maritime flair with a fine balance between luxury and local tradition. Owning family is very welcoming and adorable, super available and helpful. Frankly we could not expect more. We will come back soon.

Excellente prestation !!

Magnifique séjour au bord de la mer. La villa est incroyable, elle est toute neuve et nous étions les premiers occupants. Tout est beau, bien pensé et nous nous y sommes sentis parfaitement bien. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et au retour de plage, c’est un véritable plus pour tous se retrouver rapidement ! La température de l'eau de la piscine intérieure à 29 degrés est parfaite. La maison est à une dizaine de minutes à pied des plages et à 5 mn de marche du petit port de Sainte Marine où il y a de nombreux restaurants. Nous avons adoré aller boire un verre au "Café de la Cale" en regardant les bateaux. Super l'idée de prendre le bac pour aller de l'autre côté de la rive, à Benodet, où il y a de jolis magasins ainsi qu'un grand marché. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps, alors c'est sûr nous reviendrons avec nos vélos ! Nous avons repéré de nombreuses pistes cyclables aux alentours. Votre maison se prête à des séjours sur les 4 saisons. Merci Florence pour votre accueil très chaleureux. À bientôt Anne-Lise et Patrice.
