1. No signs on the wall guiding you on how to get to your room. 2. No instructions on the phone on how to reach the front desk. Had to go down to the lobby to request someone fix the toilet that was clogged prior to me occupying the room. The receptionist asked if I wanted a plunger to unclog it. Not the level of service I expect.

We were supposed to get a king bed but got 2 queens. I was also disappointed to find out during check in that parking was not free. It is one thing to pay for valet parking but totally inappropriate to pay for self park. I was told it was because they hired security - I did not see any security presence. You would also think that with having to pay for parking that the lot would be plowed, it was not plowed.

Checking in was great, the room was pleasantly large and very comfy. However there were dirty finger prints all over the glass on the cabinets and hair on the shower wall and it was a put off. But breakfast was great, the lady running it was such a blessing. I will say, we were here because my husband had an early appointment at the hospital and would be there for several hours so after I dropped him off, I went back to the hotel to get ready for the day and figure out what I was going to do until he was done, I didnt plan on leaving until CHECK OUT WHICH IS 11. And I kid you not, houekeeping knocked on my door every 15 minutes starting at 9:00 am until I finally got so annoyed and left around 10:30 even after I told them I wasnt leaving until 11:00.

A couple things - beds were ok but I hate polyester sheets - who needs more microplastics in our bodies! Please consider offering 100% cotton sheets to those who care! AND when I booked this hotel I was not aware a parking charge would be collected at check-in!

The hotel was great and so close to the Stadium! Shuttle took us to the game! Every employee was fabulous! Breakfast was great! Comfy bed!
