The drain was very slow so my shower only lasted as long as it could before the shower flooded. The bathroom light was very delayed. Some of the outlets didn't work. Towels were not the best quality. These are all very minor things and didn't bother me, but just wanted to let you know about them for future guests!

Check-in was great, room was very nice, coffee station by the elevator was good. Breakfast had a lot of options. Loved the little desk area in the room & the nice shower. The only thing I would say is there was a smell of possibly Fabuloso which gives me an extreme headache. I had to use my disinfectant wipes to go around and clean that horrible smell off the surfaces.

I usually stay at Tru by Hilton Columbus Airport. just down the street. I wanted to try this hotel to see if the difference was worth the price break. It was not. The rooms were not very clean. The first one smelled heavily of smoke, and there was even wet paint/caulking on the walls from damages. The bathroom was still pretty dirty. The shuttle driver and the front desk manager were constantly fighting. The driver was very aggressive and all over the road. Not the safest experience. In my opinion, True does a much better job. It’s not worth the $30 savings.

No working internet, even when you pay upcharge for it. The TVs (we had 2 in our room) froze regardless of what channel we turned to using the basic cable. Carpets are dirty. Staff was mostly friendly. Breakfast was basic muffins.

The staff are always excellent, the breakfast bar food and staff are excellent, The hotel is clean and room was clean.. THe King bed was ok seemed a little stiff and maybe old. OVerall Excellent.. Thank you..

My room smelled bad. Like wet dog and mildew. The carpet had black stains on it. There was dried mud on the sofa. A huge stain in the center of the ottoman, food under the drain strainer in the sink and dirt on the chrome at the bottom of the shower. After complaining, I was moved to another room and it was clean, although the carpet was also stained. The entire carpet in the hotel looked like it was old and needed replacing. The breakfast was powdered eggs and paper thin bacon with no taste. On top of all of that the parking is limited and the lot does fill up quickly. Additional parking is in the back where it’s poorly lit, behind the hotel. Really expensive rates for a mediocre hotel. However, the desk staff is great. Very professional and friendly.
