This apartment is less than a mile to OSU and the Short North Arts district, one block from a COTA bus line with direct service to downtown and Clintonville, and is minutes from Riverside Hospital.

Perfect for visiting scholars and others with short-term appointments at OSU, those working a contract job in Central Ohio, and people looking for a place to stay while house-hunting.

The ground floor has a living room, dining table and kitchen. You can hang out in front of the TV on the sofa, or work at the dining table.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one queen bed, one twin bed) and a shared full bathroom. In the basement, there is a bedroom (queen bed) with full bathroom.

The washer/dryer is next to the downstairs full bathroom.
