It snowed they did not plow the parking lot. They did not shovel any walkways. It was ridiculous and dangerous charge extra days for being stuck in a parking lot that was unattended due to whether housekeeping was not available. Office was closed, but they charged you an extra day because you had to dig your way out with whatever you could find to use. Room was good.

Parking lot was well lit. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Check-in was very easy and quick. I did pay extra for a larger room and free snacks. I don’t know if the room is larger, but I did NOT receive any free snacks. And the Wi-Fi did not work the entire time I was there, which made it hard for me to work. I had to use my limited hotspot and had to go elsewhere to complete things for my job.
