Great Location. 5 min walk to the convention center. 2 minute walk to a great pub. parking right across the street. The amenities were basic but everything was clean. the front desk staff was nice and helpful. they appeared to be training a new staff member but was super nice and respectful with both the trainee and the guests. I would definitely stay at this location again if this stay was any indication how a normal stay is. highly recommend to anyone looking for a budget stay in the city but still wanting clean facilities and respectful staff.

Good: Very friendly staff, quick check-in, large and comfortable bed. Okay: Parking ($19) across the street, room space and décor, shower strength and volume of water. Poor: Smell, age of room, amenities (one vending machine on first floor, ice machine on our floor didn't work). We'd stayed one night for a concert in town, so it was enough for a quick one-night crash, and the price was very competitive. Under those circumstances, we'd stay there again.

When I arrive the line was almost out the door to check in. I figured it would be busy being close to the venue, however they had 1 employee checking people in. He kept apologizing to everyone for the hold up. The staff was very polite, I loved the location and the room was clean. Parking was close. Some things were a little outdated but nothing major.

The entrance situation and parking would have been helpful to read on the site before going, but was figured out. Our room was also not cleaned, our towels not changed and coffee not refilled in room, although when asked they brought it right up.
