Hotel was handy to Nationwide Arena, however, the tv didn’t work. I reported it to front desk and she said she would ask her manager to give us a discount, however, I haven’t heard anything and she didn’t make a note. Room 705 on October 13/14, 2025.

The hotel room has a terrible smell and didn’t have a closet. A drunk man entered our room after midnight. He used a key to access. I spoke with the front desk and they said a manager would call. I never received a call. I would not recommend this place.

The hotel was ok. If u just looking for somewhere decent to sleep with no frills. Compared to other downtown hotels. It could use an upgrade in decor and a building renovation. It was clean for most part. Bed was comfortable and clean. Customer service was lack luster but friendly.

Near to the bus stops to the airport; line No.7. I t took 5 min.on foot. My travel plan was changed due to the delay of flight, but it's staff dealt the situation properly, and my loss was at least. I thank for them. If I must say something, I hoped a box of tissue paper in the room. No CVS around the hotel.
