The hotel room has a terrible smell and didn’t have a closet. A drunk man entered our room after midnight. He used a key to access. I spoke with the front desk and they said a manager would call. I never received a call. I would not recommend this place.

The hotel was ok. If u just looking for somewhere decent to sleep with no frills. Compared to other downtown hotels. It could use an upgrade in decor and a building renovation. It was clean for most part. Bed was comfortable and clean. Customer service was lack luster but friendly.

Near to the bus stops to the airport; line No.7. I t took 5 min.on foot. My travel plan was changed due to the delay of flight, but it's staff dealt the situation properly, and my loss was at least. I thank for them. If I must say something, I hoped a box of tissue paper in the room. No CVS around the hotel.

It was convenient, location-wise. We were attending a conference at the convention center, so this was a good price. Beds are firm, and the pillows could use some fill, but other than that, it is a good place to lay your head for the night.

The parking is awkward because you have to make a tight u-turn from the hotel to get across 4 lanes of traffic to their parking lot. Plus, our GPS didn’t give us good directions to get there, possibly because of the u-turn issue. But they are conveniently located downtown near Lower.com soccer stadium, so it’s a bit of a trade off. The hotel was somewhat dated, but it was clean, and the staff were very nice. I’d use it again when we come to a game.
