We left. I wish I could give 0 stars. This property felt extremely unsafe, there were guests screaming at each other in their rooms (which we could all hear in ours), the hall and rooms smelled like urine, the bathroom was disgusting, the beds looked slept in, the lights didn’t work. We truly felt unsafe and left. Please don’t stay here. We are fans of RRI, but this is not one to stay in!

The most terrible experience the parking was full and I parked in the back I see a door close by and tried to bring my luggage in but I can’t. Later on when I’m in the room the guy on front desk go and treated me to cancel my room because he said I no supposed to use the door but they didn’t have signal to say anything that’s a exit door. And the room was dirty I need the manager contact me

The absolute STENCH permeating this hotel is atrocious. It smells like vomit and waste - and it is SO bad that it has permeated my luggage on the drive home. I feel physically nauseous. Further, this location is a hub of nighttime arguments and “making up” afterwards. This was categorically the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I will never stay at a Red Roof again as long as I live.

The staff and room were appalling. I waited 30 minutes at front desk to even begin check in before a front desk representative arrived. The room was filthy and the floors never seem to have been cleaned. The shower only spit ot cold water in the morning while trying to prepare myself for work. Dreadful bathroom it was basically falling apart.
