I had car trouble and the owner of this hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. He allowed me to stay past the checkout time to wait for my husband to pick me up. He allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot over night after we left until a tow truck could take it. We always stay here while in Nashville. We always will!

Work out equipment didn't work, tried both elliptical and treadmill both were broken. Pool was nice but didn't have towels stocked on one occasion when we went swimming so had to use our room towels. Breakfast was not great. Honestly the second day it looked like a they had just warmed up leftovers from the day before. Overall an okay hotel but definitely room for improvement.

I was greeted upon entry and check-in was smooth. The included continental breakfast was as expected. The whole facility and our rooms were clean. I didn’t notice anything in disrepair. I got my money’s worth and then some!
