Sheet were dirty with brown stains marks. Floor was super dirty. I don’t think they cleaned the room before the last person. Within 30 seconds of being in the room I see a cockroach crawling across the floor. Someone was doing drugs directly outside our room for a good portion of the night making us feel scared to even sleep. Multiple different car alarms went off throughout the night wish we never stayed here

If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. Abandoned dog was stuck in the first room I was assigned. Seriously. I set down my bags to open the first room and heard barking. Thought it might be the rook over and cracked the door, sure enough dog muzzle tried to peak through the crack of an opening. Second room I assigned was roach and bed bug infested. I only had 2 hours before my next appointment, so I figured I could make it. I couldn’t. I was laying there for an hour and kept getting bit by bed bugs. I got up after an hour of laying there and getting bit by bed bugs and thought I’d at least get a shower. Turned the shower on and it started to fill. It was on for 4 minutes and took 30 minutes to drain. I let it drain and showered in 1 min and 30 seconds. I will never sleep a terrible cheap hotel again. It was total trash. Completely and all around. The front desk was kind and accommodating though. No one who is traveling should ever stay here. This hotel should only be stayed in if you are absolutely desperate or otherwise homeless.
