10. Do you allow parties? -- Parties are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or unregistered guests will result in fines and immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

You are renting the 1st floor of a residential complex, with access to all rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement and two storage closets are reserved for housekeeping use only.
