Wasn’t the best room. Got a room next to the elevator. It was very noisy. The room felt like it wasn’t turned recently. It wasn’t dirty but it had a stagnant smell. Breakfast was awesome though!

Bathroom in our room was in ill repair. Stains in the tub, walls around the tub were in terrible shape, floor tile was loose and coming up around the toilet. Rest of the room was decent. Breakfast was good with friendly staff, however the check in hostess needs some hospitality training.

Door to room would drag making a great racket closing and opening the door. Water would not get hot for hand washing or shower. Indoor lighting was poor and room looked very run down. We know that you are in the middle of a remodel but why was I charged full price?

Staff was not welcoming. I arrived at2:15pm. Because I was early, they wanted me to pay $30 extra if I wanted to check in early. I refused to pay and sat down in the lobby, waiting for 3:00pm. After sitting for about 10minutes she agreed to check me in a few minutes early . The room was fine. It was just the service

Fast checkin, hotel was clean, leaving at 5 am and happy I was told there would be coffee. I never have a chance to eat breakfast since it's so late. If even a danish or fruit could be put out with the coffee would be great.

The property appears to be getting renovated, but the bathroom in our room was a wreck. The tub had a large stain, lots of failed and moldy caulk, wall with water damage, the door was split in multiple places, and very worn fixtures. In the room itself, the curtains were torn. The internet was very slow. Perhaps when renovations have been completed, this property might be OK, but our room needed a ton of work.
