The house was beautiful, well decorated, perfectly clean. The location was perfect, just off of the main street (or one of the main streets). It was such a nice place I was so shocked at the price, it was a big blessing to me and my husband over staying in an ugly hotel. The one sketchy thing is that they send you an email after you book it to make you pay either a $300 deposit that you should get back, or a $59 fee. Hotels.com emphasizes that we should not pay for anything outside of their website, but we were told we needed to to get the door code, so we reluctantly paid the $300 to the third party website anyways. We got our deposit back! But it made the booking experience very unpleasant, knowing we were paying $300 to a third party website to possibly never get it back. I would request a change to that process ASAP. Nevertheless, it was worth all of it because it was a great stay.

A social gem in a fun location. The duplex was immaculate and the real plants were a nice touch. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances (big and small) one would need. Appreciated all the small touches too, like the sound machine, ear plugs, to-go coffee cups and snacks/treats. An excellent stay!

The staff contacted us immediately after booking to ask if we had any special needs or if we needed recommendations for the area. We had a great stay at the Jungle House! It was clean and spacious and the plants and small decorative touches was nice and inviting. The location was awesome with only a short walk to restaurants and shops. The only issue we had was when we parked. The back entrances were not marked with a number, so we had to trek through the alley to determine which flat was the correct one. Though, that was only a minor issue. Other than that, I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay close to the Short North. We will definitely book a stay next time we are in the area

We loved our stay at Jungle House in Columbus. The location was great, and the flat was clean and welcoming—within walking distance of almost everything we wanted. We did not engage with any staff during our stay, which was great for us. The furniture was a bit less than cozy, not a place for sitting and reading quietly. The balcony was lovely, overlooking a lively alleyway. The yard was a bit unkempt, with some trash in the parking area. Jungle House was not the quietest location, but if you are looking for a location with vibes and nightlife, it was a perfect spot. We had a great time, and all of the minor inconveniences were hyper minimal - we would recommend and would definitely go back.
