It's a remodeled historic property so the layout is quirky. It's just a little off the beaten path but still close to the activity. Staff is always so nice and accommodating.

Historical nature is nice. Lobby area is lovely. “Cabana” King rooms are quite “dated “ and are accessible after crossing g through and up metal evacuation stairs to a balcony that o relooks the roof and rooftop equipment. Advertised “balcony” is a misnomer and is rather disappointing, These rooms should carry a significant discount.

Needs pressure washing and updating

It was just a quick overnight stay. When we pulled up, I was very concerned, it was advertised as an updated hotel but the exterior is in dire need of pressure washing and paint. It was also a little cluttered looking with old plants and chairs. You could tell at one time it has been updated, but not in the past decade or so

Enjoyed our stay. The pull out bed, expected to not be comfortable, was in fact very uncomfortable. Perhaps a foam topper could help. Otherwise, great stay!

Older, historic boutique hotel; off-street parking or lot around the corner. No amenities on site but very close to restaurants in walking distance. Very convenient if visiting MSU campus. Bed soft and comfortable, good shower pressure and nice A/C temp regulation
