We were pleasantly surprised by the great quality of this hotel. In Columbus for a wedding, we walked several miles from the hotel to the Franklin Park and Topiary Park and walked 10 minutes home from the wedding at 9:30 pm. Felt very safe. Room, food, front desk all terrific. Would stay again for certain.

Nice, clean with good breakfast! Pillows were flat but bed was comfortable. Careful checking in at night. The homeless will approach you if the staff doesn't get the door unlocked fast enough. I'd call the front desk before you get out of your car. Front desk was very helpful and friendly!

Worst hotel

Absolutely horrible. Got the wrong room from what I originally booked. Front door was unlocked when we got the room keep. Felt Super unsafe. Bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. Got double charged for my room leaving me and my wife stranded in Ohio with 67 dollars in our account. Then was kicked out our last night because we didn’t have money to pay for our last night. Due to the double charge from the hotel. And never got compensation. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service/ care.
