The room was not cleaned before arrival. The beds were made, but the floors were filthy with dust balls, the counter by the sink was not wiped down, the pull out couch sheets had glitter in them and their was trash under the bedframes. Our second night there we went down for fresh towels and bedding for the pull out couch. The gentleman at the counter was apologetic and asked if our room had been cleaned. All we could say was “well the beds were made.”

The room was very clean, but i did notice that the shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower were possibly mixed up. It still worked out and was a very nice stay overall. The lady at the front desk Barb was very nice both times when we checked in and out. She even chatted with me for a few minutes and it felt very authentic.
