Room felt a bit dated, roll away beds (as hotel had been oversold upon our arrival) were miserable … Pool water was so murky, chemical smell overwhelming, peeling ceiling in pool area. Convenient location near OSUs campus but overall, couldn’t wait to leave.

Definitely the tenants, very loud im not getting any sleep. I complained to front desk and nothing. I can't get any sleep. I even ask to be moved to a lesser room, or my money back and nothing. This hotel rating from 1 to 10 is a negaitive -10. I would advise no one to stay hear. Im extremely upset. Drove 3 hours to this trash

The room was not cleaned before arrival. The beds were made, but the floors were filthy with dust balls, the counter by the sink was not wiped down, the pull out couch sheets had glitter in them and their was trash under the bedframes. Our second night there we went down for fresh towels and bedding for the pull out couch. The gentleman at the counter was apologetic and asked if our room had been cleaned. All we could say was “well the beds were made.”
