The location makes it especially convenient for OSU football weekends, graduation, campus tours, visiting students and family, university events, and anyone who wants easy access to the restaurants, nightlife, and activity surrounding campus.



A CABS/COTA bus stop is just one block away, providing another convenient option for getting around the University District and accessing campus.



You'll also have easy access to the rest of Columbus, including Short North, Downtown, the Convention Center, and other popular destinations.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are great ways to get around in Columbus, and our central location allows you to get to most parts of downtown in under 10 minutes, and most other parts of Columbus in under 20 minutes.



We also are close to a COTA public bus stop. Also available in Columbus are a bike share, and scooters!



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
