We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Frustrating check in experience. Agent didn’t have any flexibility regarding which floor our room would be on or many details regarding the buffet breakfast. We didn’t feel very welcomed upon arrival. Room was noisy with road traffic until about 11:00 PM and the HVAC unit was noisy while we tried to sleep. We didn’t eat breakfast in the morning but it looked sparse especially since it wasn’t included with our stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.
