Arrived at the hotel after a late arrival flight. Front desk clerk was rude. That set the tone for the rest of the stay. The shuttle driver made innuendos about tipping. My husband handled the baggage so didn't feel a need to tip. Surely he is earning more than me in my retirement pension.

All staff we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided was substantial and had variety. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were also provided with basic necessities as our luggage was lost by the airline.

Check in was easy and they only required a $10 deposit for incidentals; staff was friendly and polite; room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel shuttle driver that drove us to the airport was personable and professional. I personally feel this hotel deserves a much higher rating than the 8.4 shown on the Hotel.com listing.

As I was only there overnight, I was pleased with my decision to stay here. It was convenient to the events that I was attending and close to the airport so it worked for me. I did overhear several visitors complaining to the staff that their cars were broken into so I am glad that I did not rent a car on this trip. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.
