No fault plug near room sink tripped breaker in bathroom each time the top plug was used. Pressing the reset on the plug corrected situation. NOTE: top plug may represent at bigger situation. Bathroom wall plug was not a no fault and is near sink. Overall, really great accommodations.

We arrived on Saturday for our daughter’s wedding, Went into the room one bed was made the other was not, I addressed this to the office and was told the were still cleaning it. I said no problem as we just need to change into our suits and my dress and were leaving. The toilet paper holder was broke, the floors were filthy, so our socks were literally black. The next morning went to take a shower and it would not work, my husband and my adult son tried. The shower was cracked on the bottom and the drain was moved over. I told him about this and he said I should have come and got him. All you have to do is pull and turn it. I take a shower every day, I’m fully aware how it works. And the floors were still filthy that night after they supposedly cleaned. $ 20 was what he gave me back. Never again🙄

The office was filthy and packed with boxes. The area in front of the desk was blocked off with bulletproof glass. The property itself, including the stairs going up to the room was filthy dirty. The bathroom in our room was filthy. One of the beds in our room was actually broken in one area of the mattress. We did not stay. We left without spending the night. It was too disgusting to even consider sleeping there.

This property is OK for an overnight stay. The property is dated and the front desk, person checking and is not the most friendly. The room was quiet and for the most part clean. We do get a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Great area for waking downtown or around German Village. What is not so great are the 51 bite marks I have on my face, arms and legs I emailed the property to advise them that they need to check my room, and give me a refund, but they have not replied. So obviously would not recommend.

Adequate for our needs but not for the average traveler. Dirty and in disrepair, sink faucet sprays water directly at you, shower was a trickle, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. AC worked.

Avoid this place. Photos and reviews are untrue.

The room was decent and appeared clean, except for all the burn marks on the carpet. However, the outside of the hotel is filthy. The ice machine had so much mold on it that we were afraid to use the ice. It is an internal parking lot that has many people hanging out all night. There were many people who hang out on the balconies at night drinking and smoking. The crowd is very shady.
