Bathroom was not clean. Reported to the front desk, and five hours later, it still wasn’t cleaned. We weren’t able to change rooms due to the hotel being sold out. When someone finally came at 10 pm after we called the front desk again, he brought no cleaning supplies except for a toilet brush. Due to the time of night and how busy the area was, we were stuck.

I was not expecting the housekeeper to replenish my towels and rags and remake my bed lol. It just shocked me because in my head, I was going to ask for more, whenever I had arrived back at the hotel. Lol nothing big, it just made me smile.
