The ac unit fan was so loud you could not sleep or hear the tv. Reported the problem she smiled and sai d ok. Checked out two days early. No offer of another room and there were plenty available.

Avoid

The lady did not speak at all when I checked in or checked out. She was knocking on my door before 11 AM before checkout time and then she was also staring at me and my boyfriend while we were in the car it was very weird and odd.

The smell in the room lingered in my CPAP machine. Very musty. Couldn’t understand the check in person through the plexiglass wall with small hole through the wall. Small bottle of shampoo seemed to be used over and over. Soap bars very small. No handicap rooms. Only a desk chair in the room, but I saw pictures on line with other chairs in them. There was room for other chairs. Toilet was way too close to the floor. I am handicapped and it was difficult to get up and down on the toilet. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone.

The problem that I had when we first got there to check in the lady the staff member she didn't say hi she didn't say anything she act like she did not want to be there I kind of felt like she was prejudiced I am mixed and also had my granddaughter with me and she's mixed so it's just the feeling that I got you asked her question she not her hair she never answered with her mouth her hospitality is very poor she wasn't disrespectful or anything like I said she came to me as a robot everything I asked it was not it would have had yes no that was it no communication at all

For the price it was ok and it was in a nice area. Found that the staff was not personable like other places we have stayed at. No coffee or tea like advertised. Checkout time did not match what was on the website (10 am) or what they had posted (11 am). The floor in the rooms were not mopped or cleaned.

I inquired about early check-in. I got absolutely zero information on the phone. Showed up to inquire again about early check-in, the lady was a nightmare. Once again, absolutely zero information. Might as well talk to the wall. The room was fine, the staff was awful.

Property is old and out of date. Not dirty just OLD ! Brochures says continental breakfast daily… there WASN’T even coffee let alone any kind of snacks. Will not return….. ever !!!

Front desk employee wasn't very helpful at all. Didnt give any info about the hotel or anything. Barely communicated at all. Handed me my room key and sent me on my way to figure out how to find my room on my own. The building itself is just old and needs updating. The room looked clean but felt like a dive bar. Definitely recommend bringing your own pillows because these were not comfortable. The 1 good thing about this hotel is that the water pressure in the shower was great
