The staff is beyond wonderful! Every single time we stay, I'm more and more impressed by their genuine passion for customer satisfaction! Always clean and convenient walk to the Arena. Nice having the bar area where you can order late night eats after catching a show.

We were there for Ohio State vs. Minnesota football game. Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Very safe. Good parking. Also very safe as it is all locked up except for guests.

Whenever I stay in Columbus, it’s the downtown Drury for me! Front desk staff is always so patient with the kids. The breakfast and Manager’s Reception is great. The upgrade to the rooms is an added bonus!
