The room was very spacious and clean. The check in was quick and easy. We had trouble getting the TV to work and called the desk. Someone would come to help, but nobody came. When I checked out, no one ever came to the desk even after I buzzed the buzzer a couple of times. I had to just leave the key on the desk.

Only thing was front desk forgot to leave message w housekeeping that i was on an extended stay so they were banging on the door while i had do not disturb on the door making a scene when it was unnecessary & i got charged for it but didnt get to stay for the agreed upon time i was to leave. Heat was off in the room, took over two hours to warm up and the bed was still ice cold. The walkways were all cover in ice and snow and they appeared to have put zero effort into dealing with it. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but they had the doors locked, I couldn’t even get a coffee at 7 am!

Heater was off when we arrived. Room was very cold. Heater had a hard time keeping up with the cold air coming in through the gap in the door. No dead bolt on the door. Bathroom tub needs updating. The location is a bit odd and unsafe. There’s a big truckers stop next to it where it’s hard to get out of. The breakfast is somewhat thrown together with little offerings. Staff was nice though.
