Very reasonable room rate. Staff went beyond my expectations to accommodate our needs. Very quiet, friendly environment. Older hotel, but is maintained well. Good place when passing through Columbus. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Would also be great for out of town work crews.

Room very run down, floor buckling black mold on walls, light would not turn off, broken/shattered putter window no screen to open the window to help with foul odor in room. Had to unplug fridge bc it was making a loud noise. Requested refund property could only give $70 of $200 room cost stated it was bc I used Expedia.
