This was the worst hotel stay ever. The outside of the building is so old and worn down it looks like you’re trying to stay I am abandoned, haunted building. The lobby looked like it was cool, in its prime and when it was kept up. The elevator and hallways were nasty, it smelled. Our room stunk like mildew, lights didn’t work, the garbage in the bathroom was never emptied. There was black mold all along the ceiling of the bathroom. There was a big black mark on the mirror. The bottom of the tub was black. And if all that wasn’t bad enough, my son found a bed bug on his bed (yes, I have a pic) and couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. When I tried to speak to the front desk about it, all I got was a “yeah” then a pause and a “want a receipt?” Trying to get a refund now. Highly, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This hotel is okay if you need to save money and it’s probably only yourself traveling. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you are planning any romantic getaway. I simply went to a CBJ hockey game. Tub/shower walls hadn’t been cleaned. I had to manually flip channels on the TV because the remote didn’t work and I didn’t ask for a new remote either. I had trouble getting into the room with the key. Had about 5 swipe attempts with red before I finally got a green. Lamps were old and dusty, the bed was warm and comfortable so that was a plus. The weather was great in Columbus. Cost me $11 on Lyft to get to the hockey game and about $13 to return back to the hotel after the game. They do have a shuttle to the airport, which is what originally led to me selecting this hotel. Pool was closed but it seemed like it’d possibly be a fun place to swim at. Would I stay here again? If I needed to save money, sure, otherwise no.

On one Desk clerk was nice. No one wanted to clean. I ask for daily cleaning and had to follow up twice a day for service. It seemed like they didn’t want to clean or help with any activity. It was one of the saddest experiences I’ve ever been through.

This hotel is absolutely dirty. I’ve seen furniture at thrift stores that were cleaner than what I saw in this hotel. I understand that customers/guest get what they pay for, but cleanliness should be a general standard.

Staff were very friendly. The airport shuttle was excellent. The hotel is very run down. Very old had some mold. Not in a very good part of town but a good location because it was close to the airport if you needed that.

The rooms stink to high heaven there’s no ice bucket there’s no cups. The floors are filthy. My feet were black TV gets very limited channels oh and there is a shooting at 9:30 in the morning between nine people. One girl got shot. All these cars got shot up. Do not stay there. It is dangerous.

It was cleaner than last time and the staff is very nice and helpful. The a/c worked better than my previous room. I actually had coffee pot available this time but had to move the coffee pot so I could plug it in somewhere. The pot wasn’t the right size so it didn’t allow the coffee to drain into the pot instead I had to hold the pot up to the spring to allow it to drain into pot. No breakfast items of any kind but not sure that’s part of the amenities. Overall better than last stay but could still use some improvement.
