Our kitchen is stocked for cooking and is open to a cozy living room perfect for relaxing. Our main bedroom has a queen bed, and desk which is a great place to work from home.

Our apartment is a perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Our bottom floor flat has been renovated and designed to be a quality stay for guests. Enjoy 1 free off-street parking space with this apartment in our parking log (instructions will be sent).
Be prepared to relax and unwind from the moment you check in. Our quiet space is tucked away from the hustle and bustle and is a perfect space for someone in town for work. We have designed this apartment to have the perfect space for preparing a light meal, relaxing, and resting.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment.

This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
