Staff was wonderful and saved the stay. Some things need some attention in the guest rooms as far as cleanliness and repair. The pull out sofa had the cushion in backwards to conceal that the cushion was badly damaged. Closet doors were mismatched and did not work well.

Clean and comfortable hotel, great staff, you do have to go through valet parking, but there is so much within walking distance, you probably won’t even need your vehicle. The hotel is only a couple blocks away from Nationwide Arena, so if you’re attending an event there, this is the place to stay!
