I never stayed here!!! They gave away my reservation--- I had called and informed them I was arriving late, they provided transportation at 12:30 am, but when I arrived had no room, they secured a room at a nearby hotel, provided transport there and when I got there----they couldn't take me!!! I eventually arrived at a Hilton which took care of me and had a bed at 3 am! I understand things happen but this was a shitshow!!!!
