I loved this stay! It was beautifully decorated, clean, smelled nice, stocked with essentials, and located close to everything down town. It was exactly as advertised! Minor hiccup at check-In but host was quick to resolve. My only issue was their “24 hr support” isn’t truly 24 hrs. It’s a chat bot that directs you to contact the host. It’s meant to handle urgent matters quickly like lock outs but actually doesn’t. I didn’t reach anyone until morning. I got the feeling it was a one-off situation though. I would definitely stay with them again. It’s pet friendly and reasonably priced. Love it!!

THIS LISTING IS NOT AS PICTURED. The bed is in a small, separate room (barely large enough for the bed and one tiny side table) and there is no tv in the bedroom. There is no sectional couch, only a small loveseat, which made watching tv just about as enjoyable as sitting in airplane seats. Overall, clean and adequate, but absolutely disappointed that the layout and picture shown were nothing like the actual apartment. Very misleading!!!

The room was great and very comfortable. There were several places to eat and get some drinks across the street, and a great community coffee shop up the street. Franklin Park is close by, and it is in a central location that is close to lots attractions around Columbus. For the most part the neighborhood was very quiet and the studio was as advertised. The only issue was the the key cards at the main entrance. Sometimes it would stick and the box the fob was in wouldn't open. I know it is convenient, however, that is definitely an issue when you are packing, unpacking, or getting in from events and trying to get a dog in as well. The box with the key fob for the actual studio room was also very wiggly. It is just something you may want to consider for the future clients. Overall it was a great experience, and a comfortable stay for us and our dog!
