Our room was clean and well stocked with waters, towels, etc. Parking outside was no trouble. Breakfast was amazing! My friends and I made sure to wake up early every morning to get some. Definitely will be back again !

Manager or owner was very sarcastic anytime you interact with him. Like he doesnt know what good customer service is. Intial room had several stink bugs in it and so i had to change rooms.

Dirty floors, noisy sqeeking beds, a room that kept getting filled with both Marijuana and cigarette smoke through our door to the point that our eys burnt and noses irritated. All rooms were supposed to be 100% smoke free. When we told management amd requested to be moved to another room and floor, he gave me a can of air freshener as our resolution instead. The place is also very loud. Everytime a door would slam from other rooms it would make you jump, and or wake you up from sleep. You could feel the floor vibrate when doors where shut as well. The person next door would cough, probably from the weed, and it was loud enough to make you think she was in the room with you. There is only one entrance and exit into the hotel, and the street is ridiculously busy. To get in you would need to pass it and find a place to turn around to be on the side of the street the hotel is on. You can forget about trying to turn left out of the hotel...it won't happen. Bottom line is, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and I have stayed in many many hotels in the past, so thats saying something. The only advise i can give to you all is, dont be lured in by the lower price. Its not worth it. Don't stay in that hell hole.

Older hotel, good for the price I paid though. Was really frustrated that hotels.com offered an accessible room to book and they didn't have one, which put me in a tight spot to not be able to find another hotel based on my event time. Broken glass all over two handicap parking spots that wasn't cleaned up after asking two different times, different shifts. Everyone was nice, breakfast was good.

The shower curtain wasn’t wide enough to close. It made for a very cold shower so I purchased a liner. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The mattress on the bed seemed firm but I rolled to the middle. There were multiple stains on the carpet. This was a suite and wasn’t very comfortable or clean. My family stayed across the hall in a 2-bed room, and it was so much nicer.

There was no hot water when I told front desk he said oh I will fix it it’s because you’re farther away and the pool. Seriously what kinda of excuse is that?? I got up Sunday morning still no hot water told front desk again and all they said is I will tell manager!
