Check in - they insist on actually taking a $100 payment for deposit, not just placing a hold on your card that can be released quickly. This seems sketchy to me, and is definitely not customary. Maybe they'll pay me back in 2 weeks. Plenty of signs for the rules.. like if your clothes stink and it makes the room stink you're responsible for a massive cleaning fee - not a concern for me but probably is for somebody. Facilities - dated, faded, cheaply repaired where repairs are made. The exterior side door to the building does not lock or even latch, so access to the interior hallways and stairwell is not controlled. The sheets barely fit the bed, the mattress was stained, and the blanket was worn, there was no comforter/cover as any other hotel would have. I suppose the blanket may have been a comforter when it was new, if so it's the thinnest possible. The room was not dusted anytime recently. When I disinfected anything I'd have to touch I took care of some of that. There was somebody else's hair.. short curly ones... all over and beneath the fold down shower chair (accessible room). The desk chair was stained with God-knows-what, the sitting chair was designed and built for the comfort off a midget, and the desk looked like it had been scarred by some pretty interesting evenings and substances. It didn't kill me, but I probably won't be back. 2 stars because the toilet and heater worked.

I am grateful to the staff member, who changed my reservation so that I could get a room on the main floor. The elevator was under repair and I have difficulty using steps. I learned that 3rd party booking offers a section for comments, where I can list limitations. After a long exhausting day I was so appreciative for this young man' s help.

At check in, the key card would not open the door. Ended up being an issue with the door. Had to take another room thst had 2 queen beds, not the King we reserved. At 3:45 am, was awakened by very loud muisic. I called the front desk and it took over 1 hour for it to stop! Finally, this property charged $100.00 security deposit!! The room was jut over $100.00! NOT REASONABLE! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

We actually booked this room after arriving at another hotel that was a disaster. We were just here for one night and were lucky to find a room at all. Checkin staff were awesome!
