It was good. One of the beds the foot area was higher then the head. Only had three towels for a family of 4 (booked it saying 4 guest), checked in late after football game and had to go ask for additional towel. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

Nice room, bad service

The room was very clean! The young woman at the front desk was unprofessional and had a bit of an attitude. No problem with the room,(as long as you don't use the phone, ours didn't work). Would have given 5 stars on all, but the front desk attitude brought it down.

The pictures were deceiving for sure. Our room was so humid that the bedsheets were wet. There was stuff all over the walls. The bathroom was gross and you had to force the bathroom door shut. Never again

Needs a good cleaning.

While the room appeared clean, it really needs a good deep cleaning. The ceiling in the pool room appear to be warped like it had some water damage and I saw a large roach bug while at the pool. On top of all of that the breakfast wasn't that good and made my wife sick.

Room was not like the pictures posted online.. bathroom was horrible. Came back to room and the ceiling collapsed and smelled like mildew.. my clothes in my suitcase were wet due to the a piece of the ceiling falling on it. was offered another room but just asked for a refund instead. The whole establishment needs to be remodeled!

Although remodeled, several items were very dated. The shower was terrible. My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled like an ashtray. But, the bed was very comfortable, great TV choices, and room very quiet.

Full of Moisture

The room was damp with alot of moisture. Even the covers and pillow casings felt damp. There was a smell in the room as if it had rained in it. It was noisy the last night there, but not intolerable. The room didn’t get cleaned, so we had to get clean towels from the front desk. Overall, would not book there again, mainly because of the moisture in the room. I’ve never experienced that before. Definitely couldn’t be healthy sleeping in a room full of moisture.

I would probably stay again

The breakfast gave choices of hot or cold food and was very tasty. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space to lay out your things. The staff was exceptionally friendly and never made you feel as if you were putting them out if you needed something. The hotel was located in an area that is close to everything. The downside was that the bathroom faucet needed replacing because you had to work at getting it to completely shut off and the internet was very slow. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would probably stay again.
