When I booked online and paid in full it said “amount due at check in, zero”. When we arrived we were charged a $100 deposit, that “should” be refunded in 10 days. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and there were dirty towels under the bathroom sink. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the bed was terrible. It was hard and we both woke up multiple times during the night and in the morning in terrible pain. People in the hallway were extremely loud until late at night. We could hear yelling and cussing, kids running at all hours.

The water was off in our room and they still put us in the room while the workers worked in it. I would have thought they would have put us in a room that had no workers in it and was ready. Otherwise everything was fine

We reserved a 1st floor king and found our later the had pets in them. They moved us to a 2nd floor (2 queens) all they had left. We are handicap and no elevator. Left after first night. Had an allergy attack in the room. Talked to front desk and they said people will sneak their pets in.

Do not stay here! Pictures are misleading but I decided to stay since it was late. Reserved a non smoking room and informed of the fee if there was smoking. When we opened the door the smoke smell was nauseating and the guy in the next room told us he was just moved to that room because of the smoke. My child has asthma and allergies. The only other room available was a pet friendly room. I asked for a refund since they did not have a room and was told they did have a room and I was choosing to decline it! I said it smells horrible and I could be charged for that smell. I was told flat the owner will say you had a room and chose not to stay. By this time it was midnight and I could no longer see what hotels were available so I had to drive all night to get get. Horrible experience. I never stayed but was charged. I will be contacting the owner it will continue to review in ever site available. Avoid!

This is a good stop for an overnight rest. It is not highly refined or spectacular in any way, but it gets the job done in a relatively clean and adequate way. Breakfast was fine with a slightly better than average selection of food.

This review is for room 101, can’t speak for the rest of the property. 101 is a handicapped room and the first one in the hallway directly across from the ice machine and it is LOUD. From the constant sound of the ice machine, to people walking up and down the hall, to the tromping on the floor of the people above its one of the noisiest rooms I’ve stayed in. It’s a good thing we always travel with earplugs or sleep would have been impossible. The window looked right into the parking lot, so there was car noise too, not to mention every time we opened the curtain someone was standing right in front of the window, usually smoking. I’m not impaired, but to note that it was not a roll in shower and the sink might have been hard to reach if in a chair. The room was quiet dated and showed a lot of wear. Breakfast was ok, but I would rather have a choice of yogurt rather than the weird dispenser, and the hot options were mostly unappealing.

Our room was not cleaned after our first night there. Towels were left but we even asked the front desk staff and were told it would be taken care of. Also a few times when we went to the front desk there was no one there. One staff member followed us around which seemed odd.
