Disliked: Amenities
Staff were decent, room didn’t have breakfast included even though it’s expensive. No microwave, mold in the shower, weird smell, dirty sheets, what looks like dried blood on the carpet. You’re better off going to the holiday inn.

Friendliest staff upon entry, Rebecca, the bartender is personable, friendly and introduced everyone and added to the already inviting atmosphere. The rooms are so clean and beds, pillows are so comfortable. Definitely will be staying at an Aloft again. Great hotel, quiet, convenient and clean!

Hotel is loud - Thin wall steel construction - every time a room door shut we heard a loud bang that echoed throughout. I'm a BonVoy rewards member and I did not like that we were put in one hallway with dog owners; heard dogs barking every night we stayed there.

Don’t stay here u less you want to wait 15-20 minutes to get on an elevator. Staircases cut off half way up. No grass for your pet to use restroom. Only two elevators running cannot handle many guests. Will never stay there again.
