Shower was never cleaned as the soap dispenser was empty and there was a travel toothpaste on the shower shelf. Phone didn't work to call down for service. Club room was never stocked with coffee cups. Very noisy at night due to location of busy intersection but otherwise staff was friendly and location was convenient to shops and restaurants

The hotel is old, but very nice. It was clean, but no parking available. The website should acknowledge lack of parking results in valet parking which costs $29.
