Please make it known $20 cash deposits are due before customers arrive. No one likes being inconvenienced. The hallways smell. That carpet needs to be pulled up. Mattress was flat on 1 side, needs to be flipped. It's old. Everything is old & run down.. AND THEY DID IN FACT, NOT LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR ME!

The rooms were horrible!!!! They had a mildew and mold smell to them!!!! Notice once on there website did it say that they were also a weekly rooming house!!!!! The elevator was broken which we did not know and also wasn’t told at check in!!!! One of the rooms we booked had bed bugs and the other had no shower curtain!!!!! I would not recommend booking this place!!!!

The service was horrible. The young lady who checked us in gave us the wrong type of rooms (smoking instead of non-smoking). The shower had no shower curtain… I found a bed bug on the bed!!!!! They also didn’t tell us a check in that the elevator was out!!!!!

I asked for room service while i took my soldier to Virginia after Ft Jackson Graduation..came back after 15 hour drive back to the same way i left it ..very disappointing i stayed 2-6 of sept. We were on the second floor and had to use the fire stairwell because the elevator was not working. The halls and room stunk. The staff was the only good thing about this place. We didnt sleep well because if you moved on the bed you felt like it would fall apart. We slipped and slided in the shower.

They gave my hotel away when I had already book my room aswell got an protection plan not even call me and was rude when asking questions also made it seem like we didn’t book our rooms but we did the booking an month in Advance do not go to this place it’s run down on the outside and nasty the pool is not even open don’t waste your money and it’s crazy they asking me how was my stay but I didn’t get the chance to even sleep there and they overprice for low quality

The place was disgusting and smelled realy bad. Front desk lady was very nice. But my room i booked was given away so we got a 3rd floor room and the elevator was broken, hair in the ice bucket, hair all over the bed, urine stains on the bed, floors were nasty.
