Rooms updated excellent appearance. Room ac had some extra vibration sound to deal with and bat vent fan a little noisy needed to be tightened up. Food good coffee and hot water not enough closer to warm. Arrival erson was more friendly and pleasant compared to check out person. Overall very impressed with room and stay.

We were there for three days and all we had was lukewarm water. We asked them to get it fixed and it never happened. Second thing is, I have a physical problem. I have to sit in a chair of sleep. We asked May to bring us an extra sheet in a blanket that never happened. We had to go down to my desk and get it. The third thing was when they made our bed. All they did was just throw cover over a pillow and they never once swept the floor were there. I left the bobby pin in the floor just to see and they never swept. No, I wouldn't stay there again.

The wifi was not working well. Breakfast could use more fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. The hotel halls and elevators also need upkeep. But the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous.

Room was clean and nice! AC worked great. Check in was weird with no info at all given but easy enough to figure out and ask around the next day. The only down side is so many people don’t clean up their dog poop. It’s gross outside.
