The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean, and the building seemed well-maintained. I was disappointed because the pancake machine wasn't available during breakfast. The staff member said there was no batter for the machine. Overall, it was a great stay.

The rooms were clean and smelled nice but the baseboards were dinged in places and one of the included water bottles were partially drank. Overall I would recommend this hotel and my criticisms are really just being nitpicky. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's also in a convenient location as far as distance to Fort Jackson and proximity to the interstate if you plan to stay for a BCT family day/graduation. However, a rental car or planning rideshares is advised if one were to fly in because the general area isn't very walkable. I suggest booking at least a month in advance.
