We were settling in and starting to make the couch bed and it was broken. We had to switch rooms which was fine but the room we were moved to was dirty. The drawers had sticky handles and there was yellow pee around the toilet. There was also something smeared all over the back of the bathroom door.

The rate for parking changed several times. First free, 1 week after booking $14 and day we arrived, 10 minutes before check in, $17. I also called to get a roll away bed and was told they could do it. Upon arrival, I was told they don’t have roll away beds. Manager was helpful and found a room with two beds.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was not ready at 3:00, I had to wait until 3:30. Parking was very tough but the front desk help make a spot.
