Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff was beyond helpful, courteous, and very friendly. Breakfast was served fresh and delicious. Air conditioning is stellar. Atmosphere is very inviting and our family was able to bring pizza and games to sit in the dining area to play quietly and socialize without any hesitancy from the staff. Highly recommend.

We arrived late and wanted to go late to sleep as we traveled 18 hours. At 3am we were woken up to the dumpsters being emptied, then at 5am the train woke us up. Then when we went to check out at 7:30am the staff were gone with a note saying they would be back so we had to stand and wait. Would have been nice to have a sign that says we can leave our keys and leave or something of the sorts. The room appeared outdated and the couch cushions wouldn’t zip and were disheveled.

My room had a terrible stench. I informed the front desk who came over to the room and verified the weird sewage smell but said the hotel was sold out and could not move me but would inform the manager to see what can be done. I never heard from the manager so nothing was done and they didn’t care. I couldn’t change hotels because I was there for my son’s graduation and the surrounding hotels were sold out as well.

Nice facility. Professional staff. However, facility does not meet ADA standards, as I understand them. The bathroom door was not wide enough for hubby’s wheelchair. Therefore, he could not shower during our stay. Most of his personal hygiene care was done in the hallway of the room. The commode was not ADA guidelines in height. The bed was too tall for a handicapped person—probably over 36” high. Had to buy a step stool to get mobility handicapped hubby in bed. HOWEVER, grab bars were adequate near commode “ in shower-if he could have stood in there long enough to shower. I wou be happy to be contacted if more details are needed!
