Not the best neighborhood. Lobby was dirty with cigarette butts in floor. Mold and pubic hair in the “freshly cleaned” shower. Horrible pillows. Air conditioner sounds like a rocket ship trying to take off. Room need upgrades.

The staff at the front, checking in was wonderful, some of the staff in the hallways we’re not as friendly. The room could have used a little more cleaning, there was a definite odor, and the bathrooms had some residue on the floor and walls.

Door to room was open when we got there, only to find out it was because it couldn’t be closed if you didn’t first lift the entire door up and slam it shut. We had to do that every time we opened and closed the door. Toilet leaked and ran, all night long. Shower was dirty.

Hadn’t stayed at a Hampton for awhile due to crappy service at previous Hampton. Thought we would give them a try again. We used to prefer Hampton in the past. We stayed 3 nights and thought we would get our room refreshed on the 3rd night. Brought new towels but did not clean room. We notified front desk and left for the evening. Came back and nothing had been done. You would think after we complained it would get taken care of.
