Rooms were super clean, and beds were very comfy. It’s an older place, so there’s some wear and tear, but it was a great price point, close to everything we needed, and we would stay again if we come back to the area. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, the college, etc. A/C was super cold, which I loved!

A+ location walking distance to USC stadium however the hotel is very old, not sure if it’s ever been updated, running toilets, paper thin walls, icky carpet….however clean and comfortable bed, desk, fridge and microwave in room, nice small breakfast and great coffee. The front desk staff are nice. Ample parking

AC was great, friendly staff, clean room, extra clean bathroom. This isn’t the Marriott but it’s nice and a GREAT bargain. I drove 500 miles to be here for my daughters graduation. It’s just a couple of miles from center of downtown / campus.
