The floor in the bathroom was not clean when we checked in. However, they sent housekeeping in to clean them. I have never seen a hotel have part of the lobby coordinated off for a private party so that was odd. The people in the room beside us (room 118) were extremely loud at 4am this morning. It sounded like they were having a party. Their room & ours were right by the front desk too.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Always a good experience. Today was a Luke warm one. Front desk person was not friendly, room was missing a chair to sit in, and the shower had mold in it. Room just looked tired.

Rooms were dirty, in poor condition and bathrooms had mold in shower. Upon arrival, hotel clerk was irritable. Rude and clearly hated his job. Our room was facing the freeway and some noise is expected but it was as though there was zero insulation from the room to the freeway. Horrible experience.
