They took $100 for a deposit off of my credit card and after us leaving and checking out they said that a light fixture was broken in our room which I don't understand where they got that we would touch a light bulb in a hotel room but okay and they're deciding not to get my money back on $100 to deposit because they said that the front part of the light bulb was cracked which is b******* they let everybody that lives there work there and and don't get service you don't get any kind of sheet change any kind of towel service no toilet paper unless you literally stand there beside them and walk with them to get the things so let's just say it's a very unpleasant stay especially when you have kids and the pool was closed when we were there for maintenance and the people at the front desk were dressed in boxer shorts and a t-shirt so would I recommend anybody staying there no I would not

While the room as clean, the TV and remote weren't paired. The bed wobbled as if about to collapse, and the employees/managers are improperly trained. One manager even saying that he only charges some people a security deposit based on "....how they look"

We arrived to check in and the guy at registration was very friendly this is not against the guy but he took a $50 deposit off my credit card who admitted that Sam may forget to give it back, all we did was unload our luggage take it to the room, the bed was not made on 1 side,as soon as we opened the door we walked out, got in our vehicle, drove back to the front showed pictures to the guy and they will not refund our money to Expedia. He saw our pictures that also included a boot print and said that it would not be an issue to get my money back just contact Expedia. Expedia said they contacted him and he checked the room and there was nothing wrong with it, they will not refund anything. I reserved this on Expedia because the pictures and the property looked completely different from the actual property. I have been a member of Expedia for 15 or more years and I have never been so disappointed or felt unsafe ever and these people won't do nothing to help me. Run from this hotel

I book my room months in advance then got changed as a walk-in. The one hallway smelled like sewage. The hallway my room was in smelled of cannabis/ marijuana so bad it gave me a headache.

Staff and friends were always party , even while on duty. Any one of the employee, Devon . Really cared about our stay and was friendly . Everyone else just ran a muck , other employees ran up and down the halls , chasing each other down the halls . I would say most of the time the employees were sitting outside smoke marijuana, party . While on duty. Even the employee hallway smelled so much like marijuana. Running from room to room . Management needs to look into this matter. And clean house if I were them . And another thing , why does it take 3 days to clean one room. 1 to 5 stars I would have it a minus 5 stars . Beware , of you belongings ..

Stayed here twice. Not the most up to date facility. Toilet ran constantly tv remote did not control the tv. Asked for help and was told that’s the way it is. Figured out how to program the remote myself owner was very rude to a person who was new at the job. They charge a $50 deposit first time it was returned. Maybe because I had a future reservation second time it was not returned. I was passing through the area and stopped to inquire about the deposit. I was told there were stained towels which was not true. Then I was told the deposit was returned but it was not then the clerk told me not to get mad at them. The owner will find any reason to keep the deposit. Do yourself a favor a stay at the Baymont north of this place.

The clerk was able to provide another room when th one I originally booked was not available, simple and easy. Room was clean, smoke free, and stocked well. An enjoyable experience, and would consider it in the future.

Check in was horrible. The person behind the counter was new and inadequately trained or just incompetent. In addition to taking 45 minutes to check in with only 1 family ahead of me, the hotel required a $50 room deposit in addition to the room charge. In order to get a refund you were told to write down your credit card number and expiration date on a sheet of paper which I was told would be "safely" kept and then destroyed. The hotel was clean, however the towels were either cheap or washed too many times, and the wash clothes had stains on them. Breakfast was non existent. They forgot to make the coffee, and the machine they use to make it takes at least 30 minutes. They did have orange juice, apples, and a toaster, but you had to bring your own bread. I have stayed in worse, but I don't stay in those again either, as I won't be returning here. If you stay here I hope you have a better experience than I did.

The staff and service was hit and miss basically it friended I'm assuming in the attitude and time of the day I spoke to several employees but however or whatever my complaint or request was accommodated no matter how difficult . At least that's hos it was phrased to me "difficult requests. Irregardless every task was eventually executed to the smallest of details save requests I was actually sometimes impressed house keeping and concierge and grind maintenance need a raise he not so much to thank you for the feedback request it's not a comparison overall I just watching satisfied the unnecessary outweighed the entire trip. Honestly but I would book again it's #2 in my to 5 of the LAST RESORTS resort list 3.7 stars
